• The reservation fee per person is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the reservation or in case of a no-show.
• Full refund is available with 72+ hours notice before the reservation date.
• To cancel, please email reservations@bowa-dubrovnik.com or text +385 91 636 6111 so our team can process a refund (if eligible).
• Cancellations made by telephone call are not available.
